National Crime Victims Rights Week is April 13-19

National Crime Victims Rights Week is observed in support of crime victims/survivors and the advocates who serve them.

Drunk driving is the nation’s most frequently committed violent crime. MADD is the largest crime-victim assistance organization in the world. In 2007, MADD served 46,000 victims/survivors and aims to eliminate drunk driving so there are no more victims.

If you or a loved one has been affected by a drunk driving crash, MADD Victim Services can help. We have more than 1,400 trained victim advocates nationwide who provide bereaved families and injured victims with:
  • Emotional support
  • Literature on victim issues
  • Resources to help cope with the complex legal, medical and financial ramifications of a crash
  • Navigation of the criminal and civil justice systems.

Call our Victim/Survivor Helpline at 1-877-MADD-HELP (877-623-3435) to speak with a Victim Advocate.

MADD gives you a voice and a place where your loved ones can be honored. Visit our online victim’s tribute to submit information. Connect with other victims/survivors nationwide. Share your story in our password-protected chat forum.
