A police officer in Ohio pulled over a woman he suspected was driving drunk and found the woman's 1-year-old son steering the wheel. Two other children, ages 8 and 5, were also in the car.
The driver was arrested and faces charges of DUI, driving under OVI suspension, noncompliance and endangering children.

Ohio Man Faces 13th Drunk Driving Charge
Jeffrey Moore has 12 prior DUI convictions and his license was suspended for life in 1995.
Senate Bill 17 is geared toward tougher enforcement and penalties against drunk drivers. The legislation would require all of Ohio’s convicted drunk drivers to have an ignition interlock device installed into their vehicles.

Ohio Drunk Driver Sentenced for Killing Brother-in-Law
The drunk driver’s blood-alcohol content was .254 percent, more than three times the legal limit of .08 percent, at the time of the crash that killed his brother-in-law.

Repeat Drunk Driving Offenders on the Rise in Ohio
New data from the state bureau of motor vehicles, shows more than 40% of drivers arrested for an OVI (Operating a Vehicle While Impaired) last year had a previous OVI arrest.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving is advocating a bill requiring all convicted drunk drivers have an interlock system installed in their car. It's passed the state senate, but is held up in the Ohio house of representatives.
