California Interlock Bill Advances

Yesterday, the California Assembly Public Safety Committee voted to advance Assembly Bill 91 yesterday. AB 91 would create a pilot project in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Sacramento and Alameda counties requiring convicted drunken drivers to install ignition interlock devices on their vehicles.
