One year after passage of a law requiring ignition interlocks for all convicted drunk drivers with a BAC of .15 or higher, the West Virginia DMV reports a 40 percent increase in ignition interlock usage.
West Virginians can rest a little easier knowing that more drunk drivers are using the device that keeps them from driving the car impaired.
