According to NBCSanDiego.com, a man who was arrested this past weekend for a hit-and-run crash in San Diego that left a woman fighting for her life, had a suspended license.
The situation has a far too familiar ring to it. Two-thirds of drunk driving offenders continue to drive even when their license is suspended. Too bad this man didn't have an ignition interlock device on his car.
